Highland Ridge is the worst apartment complex that I have ever been in.
Then entire complex stays up all night and partys and is nosie. The staff is terrable, disrespectful of you and your needs, They said to one couple when I was there in the main complex then if you dont like it, why dont you go find another becasue we really dont care. I would highly advise not to rent from people of this caliber. Reguards with best of luck...
