My husband and I moved in here March of 2004 and we signed a lease for 10 months. All was going well until the management changed and then look out. Our lease didn't have us paying water and all of a sudden with no notice 2 months ago we were hit with a $70 water bill. Also they lost our rent check...charged us the late fee despite it being their fault and then it took them 3 months to repay us our $50. The office staff is rude, maintenance is done and loud noise is caused with no notice or respect for tennants. You can fine a better apartment for the amount of money that this place expects. The parking sucks and your neighbors are loud and you can easily here domestic disputes from your neighbors.
