I have lived at Highland Ridge for almost 6 years and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The maintenance crew is great expect for the occasional creepy guy. You can't beat the location. Within walking distance to grocery store, banks, restraunts and less than a block from the highway. Prices are a little high for an older complex with so many newer apartments being built in the area but that is fine with me if it keeps the "less desirable types" away.
