After living in serveral different places in the KC area, I will have to say that highland ridge is at the top of my list. #1 reason, no noise, or at least i haven't heard any. The last apartment the neighbor would slam his door at 5:30am/pm every day. At my friends apartment, he has 7 doors around his, you can hear the doors close, dogs barking, and people talking. Parking is reasonable, the town housing are a descent setup. There is always someone working on the grounds; it's up keep is great, but i work nights... I haven't had any problems with insects or appliances. low flow shower heads, lack of light in the dinning/living room. i'm on the corner of the building, so i believe i have more wind flow then others.
