I have been here almost a year and I am getting ready for my renewal. I was disappointed with my rent increase, but found out they are going to be remodeling my apartment so it is making worth the increase. I started looking at other places and found that it is actually cheaper then other places and they werent half as nice. Washer and Dryers werent in alot of the apartments which is nice to have. I just hope my rent doesnt go up anymore next year. Other then this, my experience with the staff has been good and I havent had any problems.
