Wow - I have no idea why the old management changed(yet,again). I went in to pay my rent the other day, and no one has any idea what is going on - the front desk girls, not even the new manager. My problems in my apartment used to be fixed fast, and now I don't think they even have the same shop people. So far, I am very unhappy with the new company. If this new company keeps going the same way, I would not send a friend to live here, and most likely will be out of here this summer.

My service should never be given up just because someone else bought this place - I pay a lot of money in rent here. I think a month of "giving them a break" is enough. They need to try faster.

This new company sucks! Agreed! It takes them about 10-15 days to fix anything and they are so confused about who paid rent! And to top it off were they ever going to tell us they switched companies????
