So, it took them four months to fix the dishwasher after it'd leaked all over the floor and they mow the lawn at seven AM and the front office staff are jerks and two cars have been broken into and three have had their tires slashed and I keep receiving statements for fees and I don't know why and the ceiling has leaked in two different rooms and the light fixture in the kitchen fell from the ceiling and the cabinets started hanging from their hinges within a month of living here and I've had to check with the front desk myself because I wasn't notified of the arrival of a package and people leave junk mail on the ground in front of the mailboxes and God forbid you try to park anywhere within walking distance of your apartment when you come in at 2:30 AM ... It's still a worth 715 freakin' bucks, right' Oh, wait ... It's not. I've lived in Section 8 housing that didn't have so many problems. This place is a joke. I signed an eight month lease in October just before they switched management and so far I can't tell the difference between the jerks they had before and the jerks they have now. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies, let alone my friends. Way too pricey for the shoddy quality of the apartment and the dummies they have managing the place.

Go back to section eight housing then. I like this place and have been here for a couple years. I liked both management companies. Maybe if you paid your bill then they wouldnt keep sending you notices to pay. If you are so concerned about a parking spot why dont you get a carport or buy a house.

Great way to start off your response like an eight-year-old, jack ass. Personal attacks will win ANY argument. Another thing I forgot to mention was the richie ------- like you that made it a horrible experience at Highland Ridge. Oh, sorry your parents paid your way, but not everyone is lucky. We were late with rent a couple of months, but we paid the fifty freakin' dollar late fee and still managed to receive a different "fee" amount every month. Also, if I had to pay 30 bucks a month so I could have some ------- park just crooked enough to block my spot I'd be my roommate. He could never use his spot because of someone that's probably just like you. I paid rent just like everyone else. It's not unacceptable to be a little peeved when you get off of work at 6am and can't find an open spot that's not half-way across the complex. Have fun in this ---- hole, -----. I'm sure you deserve it.
