I am a firm believer that you will get better results when you ask nicely or request rather than demanding or being rude. I'm guessing any residents that have a hard time getting along here are hard to get along with in general.
Amber and Scott in the office are the BEST and if the apartment owners are smart they will do whatever it takes to keep them here and happy. They go out of their way to do things that are usually taken for granted by residents, and never seem to mind doing them.
The Maintenance crew is a little slow because of circumstances right now, but anyone with common sense knows that things happen sometimes, a little patience on occassion is a great virtue to possess. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone asking for my advice on a great place to live.

I find it a little suspect that a normal resident would know that the maintenance department is "a little slow because of circumstances right now". Excellent review written by management. A little defensive, but still excellent. Try to make it a little less obvious next time.
