These apartments are tiny and old. They cost way too much for how crappy they are. I have SPIDERS and ANTS that I have put several maintence requests in for. The exterminator has come TWICE and they are still there! Geeze, what kind of spray do they use'! The ants are coming from a hole in the seal in the bathroom that I have been telling the office about for a month and they still haven't done anything. When I called and told them how ridiculous it is that they still haven't fixed it; it will only take a minute to fix. She started telling me how the maintenece have air conditioners and refridgerators to fix first and that they'll get to my problem "soon"!
When I moved in the sink was dripping, but they told me they were going to fix it right away. They still haven't.
It is not convenient to any gas stations or grocery stores. Although, it is convenient to hwy 69.
I pay way too much here. I pay 770 for a 1bed/1bath with a 3 month lease. The regular price is 670. I will never live here again and I definitely DO NOT recommend these apartments.
