I am just ending my year lease at Highland Ridge and leave overall satisfied (may still end up in another unit!) I have noticed they were quick in clearing snow, even with the numerous dustings we had this season. Tons of parking, never far from my door and while the parking lot is a bit tore up from the winter, they have marked every pothole so I assume they will be filled soon.

I never had an issue with noise, the only reminder I had neighbors sharing walls was sometimes hearing showers running, this was a HUGE point for me and these units were quiet. Neighbors have all been quiet and polite, too. All some professional, no partiers at all.

We had spiders pretty bad for awhile but I actually bought a can of Raid and sprayed the entire perimeter and noticed a drastic improvement. The complex has also sent exterminators numerous times in the 11 months I have been there. We also had some maintenance issues upon moving in (ice machine, dish washer) all were fixed. The fixtures and cabinets in the unit are quite cheap and probably my biggest complaint-- I've pulled off 4 drawer fronts, then again I am massively strong.

I haven't dealt with the staff much as far as issues, but they've always been friendly. I believe the complex changed ownership just as I moved in and it is my observation they have made a point to serve their tenants. So much so that the few issues up front have been overlooked in my mind by the great service since. If my fiance and I find a unit we like in our time frame and price range, Highland Ridge will receive high consideration from us.
