Highland Ridge Amber Meyers- Community Manager We are sorry if in the past your rent has greatly increased, unfortunately the cost of living does increase every year. Rent increases are usually only a 3% - 5%increase. We are an older property and are aware of building repairs. We did have the roofs replaced in 2007 and have several building repairs planned for this year, including painting the exterior, filling pot holes and sidewalk repairs. At Highland Ridge, we take pride in our community and our residents. We strive to provide a great experience while you make Highland Ridge your home. We try to make sure that any issues that arise are dealt in a quick and efficient manner and we apologize if we did not meet those expectations.

Wow the cookie cutter message from the management is getting kind of ridiculous. Maybe you all should spend more time getting problems taken care of right away when they happen (or even, GASP!, preventing them) instead of getting online to make excuses and do damage control. Oh yeah and its June 15th and the main pool is still closed. Weird.

Highland Ridge- Molly Stanko (Community Manager) We apologize about the pools not being open sooner this summer, the city passed a new safety drain certification that required us to install a new safety drain system on all pool and have them inspected prior to them being opened. With all the pools in the city, it did take longer then expected to get them to be inspected and approved. We do have 2 outdoor pools on property and we are sorry the main pool was closed, but we did make sure the second pool was open for you to enjoy. We hope you enjoyed the pools this summer and attended our 3rd annual pool party in July.
