Unreal how money can be spent in a matter of minutes. $99.00 non refundable application fee to just run your credit and from being 4 points shy you get denied and just lost $99.00' They didnt check anything else just your credit and turn ya down for only 4 points. That is pathetic and unfair. Don't go here. They just want your money (penny pinchers) snobs is all they are.

Could I ask just what was the credit score? I am in search of an apartment and my credit is definitely NOT the best.

Highland Ridge Amber Meyers- Community Manager At that time we were running a $99 move in special. Typically there is a $50 application fee, and a $100 administrative fee, and $150 or $250 security deposit. Application fees are automatically nonrefundable. If you are approved with conditions and then later decide to cancel after the apartment has been held off the market then you would loose the administrate fee and security deposit. If you are completely denied then you would be eligible to have the security deposit and administrative fee refunded back to you. All rental qualifications must be met by all applicants, in order to be approved.
