Rooms are good-sized, layout for living/dining room a bit hard to work with. Appliance are old and crappy. Refrigerators and dishwashers have cracked gaskets, stoves have burner pans that don't fit the stove. The bathrooms are the worst. They have old ceramic tiles that have been re-grouted a million times and are crooked and the grout is all cracked. Their idea of fixing it is to slap more caulking on it. You can't even clean it. The windows leak like crazy, wind comes under the doors like they are open. It's freezing on the first floor in the winter. Plan on buying a couple of space heaters. The staff is very nice, but this place needs a major overhaul, expecially for the amount they are charging.
