I have had nothing but problems since I moved into this apartment complex. It took us 3 weeks to get our air conditioner fixed which didn't work from the day we moved in. Our sky light had been leaking since the first day we moved in and no one yet has been here to fix it. We have lived here for almost 6 months and I am already to leave this place. The is no good communication with the staff cause every time we call about an issue we get different answers and the run around. Nothing is ever done when it says it will be done. I still have 6 more months of this place and I am sure there is going to be other problems arising. If I were you I would try to find a different place. Also if you live by yourself and your light does not work outside of your apartment it won't ever be fixed cause mine has not been fixed for 6 months already.

Maybe if the management keeps telling themselves that they will begin to believe it. All these complaints are coming from people experiencing these problems and I totally agree that calling the office is sometimes like calling a foreign country.

We have a new full maintenance staff, and we do have a turn around time on all maintenance requests of 24-48hrs. Your cares & concerns are important to us, and I assure you Highland Ridge has made the necessary changes to be proactive in keeping Highland Ridge a pleasant place to call home.
