Leasing/Management staff is highly competent and dedicated to resident satisfaction.


Maintenance is usually provided the same day as complaints are registered and are generally fixed right the first time.


One warning: read the lease carefully before you sign, as it is nearly impossible to get out of early without paying a steep price; no subletting allowed.


This is an older complex, but for Johnson County, is one of the best values for the $$. The residents are generally quiet and friendly.


Overall, I would recommend HighPointe highly for anyone who doesn?t need all the extras (pool, clubhouse, gym).


These folks own Nieman Square Apartments in Shawnee, so if you require those amenities, it?s also a lovely place at a slightly higher price.

I would recommend Highpointe as a great place for students and seniors!
