I cannot understand how anyone could be as unhappy as the last person who reviewed this property. The property is safe, quiet, and in a very convenient area with lots of parking. I have never ever had the management team be rude and have always had my maintenance needs met in a VERY timely manner and done right the first time. The rent here is very reasonable in comparison to other properties in Johnson County, MUCH less than a place with washer/dryer hookups in the apartment, and communities with clubhouses, exercise rooms, pools, etc. And, besides, one knows that there aren't any of these bells and whistles BEFORE they move in, so if you want them, then go pay the extra $250-$350 a month for it. Same thing with the shooting range, I was made aware that it was there BEFORE I moved in. If I knew I couldn't handle it, I wouldn't have signed a lease. And, as far as the square footage of the apartments, that is just a ludicrous accusation!! At Home Apartments would NEVER do such a thing!! I can only wonder what measuring techniques were used'' I plan to be here many more happy years which brings me to another point... if you are so unhappy with a place, why would you live there 6 years' I think if I were so miserable, I would have given up long ago. MOVE HERE!! It is an excellent value and location!!
