I've been living in the same apartment at HighPointe for over a year and a half. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, I've called (or emailed) once or twice, however, I was always assisted promptly and thoroughly, with welcoming service. Though I've met most of my neighbors on my floor, I couldn't tell you much about their comings and goings because I rarely hear them. I'm definitely pleased with the silence. My shifts range from all hours of the day and night, weekdays or weekends, and I have no problem sleeping when most people aren't. The apartments are in good working order, not with brand new appliances, but they are in good appearance and function properly. I especially love how I cannot smell cigarette smoke, or any smoke, coming from neighboring apartments. I am very sensitive to smoke, so if it's allowed in the complex, I've been fortunate to not have to inhale it! The laundry facilites are sufficient, with a couple options for washers and your basic dryers. I use them regularly and have not had to wait more than about 10 minutes for an available one.

The location of the complex is convenient and traffic is not a problem. The buildings are fairly secluded, set back from the main road and hidden among tasteful greenery, yet well let parking lots and patio areas assist with security. Overall, this is a great complex for working adults or retired seniors. The tenants are frienldy and respectful and the staff is easy to reach and eager to help. I would recommend this complex as long as you, as a future tenant, will maintain or build on the current atmosphere... I'm not interested in moving yet!
