These apartments are touted as luxury, but are terrible. They look great, but are built as cheaply as possible. Be prepared to call the maintenance staff several times a week for broken things. Wiring always a problem. Amenities, including gates, tennis court lights, swimming pool and hot tub rarely work properly. Wouldn't be bad if they were upfront with you and not so overpriced for the cheap structure.
