OK - I lived there a bit over a year - extended almost a month or so due to move-out problems on my end (boyfriend break-up and had to find a new place). They of course were the sweetest people the whole time I livewd there. Seriously - they were great! I became friends with the staff, and felt taken care-of.

Here is where it got ugly.

I moved out, paying for every single day I was there - and maybe even more so. I never recieved my security deposit, so I called like for 2 months after the move out. I NEVER got a call back from ---. She was the old Asst. MGR, and new MANAGER. So - us have been kinda friendly in the past, I was wondering why she never returned the calls, even on her own cell. SO - I finally got a letter saying I owed over 500 bucks to THEM!

They claim I didnt pay for the time I was there - and I even have checks from my bank stating the facts - and a letter saying my offical move out date. Was it an oversight on them' YES - did they want to talk with me about it' NO -

Living there was nice, but extremley pricey (bigger apt across the street by the way, with about 200 bucks less a month) Its nice, you get treated well WHILE YOU LIVE THERE, but beware - the fact the owners office is in VEGAS, you should be warned. I suggest you find a place where the management company is iin town, so they dont have some corporate BS they want to throw on you.

If you live there now, and you are leaving, BE SURE to get a NOTORIZED COPY of the move out reciept - I was told this is good to do for legal purposes. I suggest you do it - the banks only charge a few bucks.

I forgot to add the fact that the walls were so thin, I could hear the ppl above me fart - ok maybe not - but still thin! In fact - they allowed the ppl above me have 2 kids in a 1 bdrm, and the kids (small toddler and a baby) live in the CLOSET!) It was like a circus upstairs, and no one ever did anything about it - nor did they care about ppl parking in the spot you pay for - I called a tow truck after 8 days of them not adhearing to their OWN rules!The gym has pointless weight sets too - get some AB stuff, some batter cardio - and maybe wireless internet! I mean shesh - get in the NOW! (I suggest the apartments behind Jefferson Place - the sister site, cant remember name - but they are totally cute, affordable, and you get whjat you pay for - nothing to fancy - but a nice place to live thats safe, close to highway w/o the hwy noise, no faulaty gates, and your door right outside your place looks like a garden atrium...w wireless internet in the clunhouse - BEAT THAT! LOL (i rent a house now, but I wish you all luck!) (use roomate.com)
