We have lived here for approximently two months and really like Highpointe Village. Our neighbors are quiet although not too friendly. There are many young (20's) professionals, but seem respectful of others. The pools are nice although not heated. The spa is wonderful. The fitness center is decent and you can have 24 access. I felt very safe here with the gated community although the area is safe anyways. There are two small parks within walking distance and a library about one mile away. The area itself is renters heaven, but that comes with the territory. It's a very central place to live, close to a lot of shopping and not far from downtown KC. The price is expensive, but I would recommend this complex to anyone! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
