Its a great place to live, its quiet and the apartments are very nice, but I had a huge pest problem with my apartment. They had to come sprey every few weeks or so just to keep it under control.My lease is up in 2004 and I'm thinking of looking at other apartment communities to see if this is normal. I also had a problem with them comming into my apartment whenever they wanted. I was in the shower one time and came out to find three guys in my hallway. They were the maintenance crew, but it still freaked me out.
