Renting in general can have its hassles and I have had experiences where some places seem to go out of thier way to make sure you don't feel like your at home. Its not typically a 2 way street, the renter needs to educate themselves and understand the rules of a particular property. The power is most times in the hands of the landlord and if you don't understand your rights and thier rules, things can go bad in a hurry when issues arise. I am not saying the tennant can't do anything and there are bad landlords, but this is not the case with Hunters Pointe.
Of all the places I have lived, Hunters Pointe makes it very easy and straight forward to understand how things work and if you have questions the management does go out of its way to make sure you are comfortable. The great customer service by the management is not like I have seen anywhere else. In the grand scheme of things, there are issues that come up, but the management has been accomidating and provides honest answers and not excuses or negative push back. I have had issues with maintance but I don't blame the workers themselves but the lack of resources they are given to really provide the first class maintanence that would eliminate many of the complaints posted here. Again, where issues have occured, answers are close to follow in an appropriate fashion.
