I have lived in several apt communities, and this is by far the prettiest. My deck overlooks a pond, and there is lots of green space and trees. Plus, the people in the office are always super nice. I haven't really had any maintenance issues, so I don't know about that. But, for the money, it is a great location and overall nice place to live.
