I lived at this place for three years had to move because my job ended and my new job was over an hour away. They made me pay to break the lease plus charged me almost all of my deposit but $7.50. They charged me $15 for a cracked frame on the microwave that the maintenance men broke and glued back together when they put a new stove in my apartment. When I moved in my son had to fix the bathroom ceiling because their maintenance men and the painter wouldn't fix it. I called them about a water leak in the guess bathroom that was coming from upstairs and they didn't fix my ceiling right. I put new blinds in, new bathroom towel bars and a new light fixture between the kitchen cabinets. They don't charge some people for carports and charge others. I ask if there was a snake in my building because I was scared of snakes and they told me no all three times I asked. The guy behind me had a snake for a pet. There was a drug dealer next door and when I called them they wouldn't do anything about it. The apartments are cold and in the winter it felt like the outdoors the air blew in the windows. Thanks twice if you want to move here. You can hear what your neighbors do especially in the middle of the night.

Dear Pat Cooper,
If you have questions about your deposit refund, please feel free to contact the office. The termination fee is the same for everyone who breaks a lease; it would be a violation of Fair Housing laws to do otherwise. Regarding any maintenance concerns, our records can confirm that we addressed all requests reported to the office quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed having you as a resident and wish you the best in the future.
Sincerely,
Hunter's Pointe Staff

Pardon me...
If you are indeed a member of the Hunter??????s Pointe Management, why do you list your name as: ??????anonymous??????? Most importantly why do you mention this former tenant??????s personal name?
I smell revenge on this one, certainly nobody appreciates being lied to and taken advantage of.
This forum is for tenants to express their experiences in whatever place they live or used to live; not for management or disgruntled employees to address their personal issues against tenants.
There is a different forum for that is called the Courtroom.

Katie, I didn't mention your name because I thought you were very concerned about hippa violation. By the way I did contact a lot and no one had an answer and corporate did refund the $15 but not because they thought I was right.

Based on Hunter's Pointe reply, I WON'T be renting here!! Office staff should not refer to someone by name that has made an anonymous review. If the staff really wants to communicate with the previous tenant, I'm sure they have another way to do so. The negative review didn't convince me not to rent here; the staff reply sealed the deal. How unprofessional!!

Dear Above,
Please do not base your opinion of the rest of the staff on that one person. I have lived here for 1 year and have had issues with how that staff member handled things as well. Fortunately, she is no longer employed at this location so hopefully things are going to get better. I am going to give them another year here because I really have enjoyed living here and my apartment is great.
