After living at Hunter's Pointe for almost 3 years, I can honestly say that it is a nice place to live (amazing location) and the staff is friendly and helpful. Of course I have had some maintenance issues (like anyone would at any apartment) but at least they fix the problem within a day or two and call me afteward to make sure it was done. It's a very pretty place with lots of trees, so a lot of apartments (including mine) have great views. They just put in a completely new pool and I think they working on a new fitness center, so it seems like they are doing what they can to update things and keep residents happy. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, spacious apartment at a reasonable cost!

This is so blatantly a staff review it's ridiculous. Who uses the terms "residents" when referring to tenants and "spacious" to describe an apartment besides leasing staff? Some things never change.
