You get what you pay for. The monthley payments are low which goes with the quality, LOW. All thew sinks drip the toilets always run, the fridge kickes on and off causing the stuff in the freezer to melt, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We have told the management numerous times about the problems but they say it is part of living in an appartment and refuse to fix the problems. The airconditioning unit hase to be atleast 25 years old because it is falling apart and does not do anything to heat or cool the a[ppartment. The maintenence staff is horible, they are always late and have to come back 4 and 5 times just to fix one problem temporarly. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

ARE YOU INSANE!. The monthly payments seem to increase every year. Where does that money go? It's been a very long time that any improvements have been done to the property or updated the appliances. (Except the management office). And what about security and safety for the tenants and their property.
