Not a safe place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
To many break-ins. (Lost count)
They have not plan or made any safety changes for RENTERS and does not plan to in the near future. (Plus due to no funds.) But yet the RENT seems to INCREASE every year and yet they find funds to remodel the Management Office.
Appliances are out of date and not working
100% of the time they fix what they can temporarily. Two weeks later you have to call maintenance again. Maintenance staff changes every month. I don't think they are trained or certified.
