This apartment is aweful!!! Stay away. More police are constantly on the property (they might as well set up base)! People never watch their children day or night and managment never seems to do anything about it. Maintenance always rigged anything that goes wrong instead of fixing it.Beware of the falling balconies. If you enjoy looking out your window and watching the dumpster divers at the golden ghetto of leawood, then this is the place to call your home. I personally want more for myself and my children.
