We looked into moving to The Lodge of Overland Park in Feb 2006. We even put down the $200 deposit and $35 each for the application fee. We were approved for an apartment, but they kept switching apartments that we would get. They even cashed the deposit check before a lease was signed. When we finally saw the second floor apartment that they offered us it was in such poor condition we decided not to move in. We were even told by someone who worked there that they wouldn't live there. That was the deciding factor in us looking else where. Now I've been fighting with them for two month to get my deposit back. I cannot get anyone to call me back. The low rent really isn't all that low if you check around.
