Management staff has changed at least 3 times, maintaince is non-existent unless you live near the clubhouse. Curbside trash pick up worst idea ever, always trash laying around, greets your guests with dirty diapers, hazardous waste all on the sidewalk in front of your apartment. Save your money move somewhere else.

Wait until the droves of vans pull in from 5:00 am to 7:00 am , honking to pick up the army of construction workers that stay here during the summer. Another pleasure is watching them fix their brakes and hang around the parking lot on little packs, dropping bottles and cans wherever. Kids running loose after school with no supervision, beer cans and patio furniture in the pool. Needles to say the swimming pool becomes the weekly stop for people that dont even live in the complex. They come in with their mini vans,leaving a wake of trash around the pool area when they leave. City of Overland Park has been called numerous times with complaints, no one cares.....
