All complexes have their own issues, however I know for a fact I can see the new staff trying hard to make me happy. I have been in the apartment business and I can see the changes in this property in one month. I feel safe and I love my neighbors.
The other comments on this sight, these people must not bring their problems to the office, because any issue I have has been taken care of. I even complained about noise once, and that was all it took to take care of it. I think the special got me but the effort is what makes me want to stay.

I agree with your response. I give it 2 months and she will be wishing she never moved here. I am the one leaving soon. I only have 6 weeks left!!!!

this place is a joke. I have hookers, drug dealers, and illegal immigrants living in my building. There are 2 child molesters living in the same building just down the block. I see more gang red than I did when I lived in Queens, NYC. The people below me have stuck short brown metal wires through the slats in the deck so that I may step on them. I have one month left and I'm getting out of this zoo. They need to pave this complex down and turn it into another strip mall.
