This community is way out of their league. Over-priced for the area and prices go up too fast. If you're looking for places to rent before the day you're ready to move, plan on them upping the rent a FEW HUNDRED A MONTH before you sign! You pay for everything there. Don't expect it to be quiet or peaceful either. Too small, to ghetto, and too pricey.

We are all electric, no gas, and our prices are going down, no hikes! no clue where this is coming from
