I have lived at the complex for a little over a month and am about to get a bigger place at the same place. Where I am at now it is pretty quite except there are a few cars with loud exaust. There are people who stand around and drink their beer..and stare alot when females walk by. I have never heard or seen anything happen other than that. Over all I would say its a nice place though!
