The absolute worst place ive ever lived. We got in trouble because we had a stand up electric grill(George Foreman) on our patio. I paid my rent every month on time and because of the grill they gave me a notice to vacate. But i laughed because we were moving out of hell in 25 days anyways. but that is the kind of stuff you will deal with. They fired a management guy that came over our apartment on his own time and and fixed our fridge. Anyways i called the office about the notice and she said a neighbor said that there was fire coming from it and it was going to catch the apartment on fire.....hince it was an electric grill no fire only heat!!...HAHAHA. Okay so I told her (the manager) why wouldnt she come ask to see the grill before she gave a well paying tenant a notice to vacate she said it wasnt her job!!!! Can u beleive that!!!! So to make a long story short this place is poorly managed. now they have fired the best maintance guy they had and are askin good tenants to move out. And last but not least women theyre are several sexual predators living on this property, and a big crystal meth problem and prostitution.
