The apartments are ant infested. Two people just died in the middle of the street. People break in. People drink outside and get loud. It's unsafe. You get harrased by people underneath you. Parking sucks. You always have to park down the road. You see prostitutes walking around and selling them selves. You can call and complain and nothing gets done. Nothing ever gets fixed you have to wait two or more months for something to get fixed. They had good people working in the office that care and good maintenance that care and came over after work to fix things. Now you can't even get them to come over and fix a fridge or a screen. ANT'S ARE ALL OVER THE APARTMENT. Price might be good but not the office people and the maintenance. Be smart don't move STAY AWAY. Office people are rude. They don't care about their residents. All they care about is money. Here are all the things that are going on here ------ RAPE, MURDER, PROSTITUTION, BURGLERY, BUGS, TO MANY ELLIGAL RESIDENTS, NOISE, ALCOHOLICS WALKING THE STREETS, WEED BEING OFFERED OR CRACK, DRUGS WALKING THE STREETS, RUDE MANAGMENT, SUCKY MAINTENANCE, STOCKERS, NOBODY LISTENS, LIES ABOUT MONEY THAT WAS PUT IN. I haven't seen a dollar out of the 2.5 million dollars that they say that they put in here. CREST WAS THE BEST COMPANY THAT RAN THESE APARTMENTS BEFORE FEBRUARY. NEW MANAGMENT CAME IN FEBRUARY. DON"T RENT RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS SEDONA POINT IS BETTER THAN THE LODGE OF OVERLAND PARK. SPEND MORE MONEY AnD MOVE THERE AT LEAST YOU WON"T REGRET AT THE END.
