The square footage for the price is reasonable, but you have to share the space with every bug imaginable! ANTS, ROACHES, WASPS, and SPIDERS!!!!!! I'm a very clean person and have never experienced anything like this. I made cupcakes and left them on the counter covered with plastic wrap overnight, the next morning my kitchen was black with ANTS!!!!!!! SICK! You leave a dish in the sick for more than 10 minutes, they attack! They also offer the "sevice" of trash pick up, but let me tell you it is no service! People trow their trash out from their balconies and watch it explode on the lawn. Classy! The workmanship on the apt. has a lot to be desired as well. Have they every heard of a sander, the door edges were so rough that if you fortunate enough to accidentally rub against it you would have scatches all over your arm. I also really enjoyed it when it would rain really hard my ceiling would leak. Do you like Dish TV' If so you will love living here, everyone and their dog had one of these eye soars hanging off their patio or balcony. The pool was also extrememly pleasant, if you like swimming in a pool of hair! CLEAN THE DAMN THING!

On the lighter side, they are really close to the Indian Creek running trail which was really nice (for real). I also did enjoy the walk-in closets, but the one bedrooms didn't offer a washer and dyer.
