I lived here for about a year. Aside from somebody's car alarm going off every night at 3am and the random car stereo during the day, the atmosphere wasn't terrible. Water damage to celing and other things falling apart. Fridge died, took 1 month to replace. Moving out was the big problem. They "lost" the check in sheet that had numerous listings of damage and tried to charge me for them. Also "lost" my notice of intent to vacate and tried to charge 3 more months rent using illegal tactics even though they had rented it out to someone else already. Luckily I made copies of all paperwork and had them sign them.
