Worst deal ever! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   When I was planning on moving into this apartment I made the big mistake of signing the lease before I looked at the apartment. Please dont ever make that mistake! The apartment was really bad. I dont know if they didnt care to clean it just because I was brown or what but it was filthy. The kitchen had the used kitchen towels and random stuff still lying there. The heater was leaking and the carpet had mould growing on it. There were empty beer cans lying on my patio. Basically they didnt do much to clean the house after the previous tenants moved out. The neighborhood didnt look really safe either. Luckily I got out of that lease and transfered to anothe apt under the same management. The rent is less in the Lodge but it is not worth saving that money. You will have no peace of mind.
