i have had an endless amount of problems here. not even worth trying to rent and/or look at. this place is disgusting. they never even cleaned, painted, or did anything to my apartment before i moved in. for 2 weeks i had to keep all of my belongings in the middle of the floor because they had to sand, texturize, and paint all of the walls still. the only thing that was actually done was cleaning of the still stained, smelly, disgusting carpet that should have been removed from my apartment. don't even get me started on the peeling lanoleum, the rotted oub cabinets( i had no bottoms to my cabinets because they had collapsed from water damage), the leaking ceiling (nasty because i live on the bottom floor not the top), broken/missing closet doors, leaking water heater (water all over front room closet and living room- soaked), and the bathrooms needing regrouted. that did not bother me nearly as bad as the bugs. my home has been infested with rolly pollies, spiders, and roaches for five months that i know of. half of the time the exterminators do not even come to spray. the maintainace people never come to fix anything. i have had to fix essencialy 80% of all the problems in my apartment. my advice is do not rent you will regret it horribly. do not waste your time.
