Personally those who have had issues with The Lodge of Overland Park are probably just very impatient. There have been many many changes since the new staff has taken over. Yeah, I can say that they are not perfect, but ---- happens. Give the new staff the opportunity to serve you, and be patient. They are doing the best that they can to correct the mistakes that were made by previous employees and the previous management group. So, if you have something bad to say about living here, think twice and give them a shot.

In July of 2006 everyone (manager, assistant manager, 4 leasing agents, and several maintenance men) quit Greystar and The Lodge because Greystar was not giving the the funding or the amount of maintenance staffing to fix maintenance problems. I feel sorry for anyone who works here. Greystar left teh staff without ac in teh middle of summer for two weeks until the city condemned the office. The majority of apartments are infested with cocroaches. These place will not get better so don't even try to live here, oh yeah and this girl/guy, bless his/her heart, must work there. And they are lying. They have no idea if anything will be fixed. They probably are a leasing agent and just want another $100 comission. Don't live here adn if you do, check your lease because there ARE ways to get out of it.
