Again I don't want to have to defend how hard I worked to try to make that property better, however It is a fact that the management company promises so much to the staff, but never follows thru. The Lodge is a hard community to run with the under staffing of office and maintenance personal, that is why WE WALKED OFF THE JOB!! Don't blame on the new staff, don't blame it on the old staff, blame it on under funding and micro-management.

i wourked at The Lodge for over a year right before Cres sold it and I can definatly say it is a very hard property to work at. What they need is a staff that can handle the residents there. They need people that are dedicated to there job and like what they do and know how to handle all the resident and communicate with them. Grey Star has hired soo many people to work there but every one quiets and i just do understand why? The staff that was there before we sold the property had been at the community for over a year or longer and they neve had problems. We also never had problems with the residents. I would go work there again any day, i miss the residents and the property. I feel bad for the residents and the fact that the managment company does not care at all.

It is not the management company that is causing this issue. it is Barry Lowe. He is the one causing all the problems.
