I pay the roaches rent!!! *HELL HOLE*

I blame everyone that ownes or works there! I am a leasing agent over 536 apartments and there is only 2 leasing agents. We can deal with all that is dealt our way, why cant The Lodge' I have lived here for 6 months and have been counting my move out from the second week.
I dont know how many times I have asked for a work order to be done. ----- is the worst, all he does is come over and WALK my apartment. I ask when something is going to be done he said that he was there the other day. '----- got swing --------- hammer then tell me that someting was done- you are not ------------- Poppins, you cant just snap and pretend it happend.' Or he has the nerve to say that I am making things up in my head. OMFG I have had to take crash courses from MY maintnance staff were I work to get anything fixed in this apartment. Here are a few of the many work orders:
1) I have pices of walls falling down every thime you walk past them.
2) the tub looks like it came out of a horor movie.
3) every plug outlet leaks cold air from outside.
4) allthe windows are leaking cold air.
5) sliding glass door will not lock.
and belive me thats just a few to the many.
And dont get me started on the roaches, somthing else that is in my head. I kill a dosen a day and I had to beg for my apt to be sprayed, every week I am told that someone will be there and NO they dont show. I have gave up and had MY bug guy from where I work spray because the last time I asked ----- about sprying for raches he said that my apartment was filthy and thats why there are bugs. OMFG the only time anyone was there is when it was scheduled. who in there right mind would ever have a fithy place when they know that the landlord is comming over ;LMAO. HE IS A ---- THAT SOULD HAVE NO HUMAN CONTACT.
Also there are more potholes then a dirt road. I have had to buy two new tires from running into the potholes.
I went into the office to ask about moving out early and it will total over $3000. So I have to stay, im not made of money. I also asked AGAIN when anything is going to be done and how many work orders I have out-*10 ------- work order-WHAT THE HELL*
This place is a HELL HOLE. Staff and all. (the only decent person --------------------------------------)

if you are in the apt biz you should know what to do to legally get out of your lease, review the landlord/tennat act and the maintenance section of your lease

This is one of the most true and accurate things I have read from anybody about this apartment. I have had every single one of the same problems and then some. ----- is a very inconsiderate person and that is being nice.
