I have been living here since last July and cannot wait until I get out of this place next week.
- My A/C has gone out several times in the dog days of summer, making my apartment unlivable, and I am told that there is nothing that they can do for me and that they will get to it when they can. When they do, it goes out the next week.
- My bathroom ceiling has been leaking since I moved in, I reported it several times, but nothing happened.
- The bathroom ceiling was also extremely moldy. Only until I called management in TX did they remove the mold (by painting over it) did anything get fixed.
- I have had problems with ants & gnats. They have "sprayed" all of the apartments twice. But only under the kitchen sink.
- There is extremely high turnover with the staff. When there is a leasing agent I am used to working with reporting my problems, they are gone so fast, not that it matters since there is nothing they can do except call maintenance.

PARKING
On several occasions when I have come home past 10, I have had to park by the clubhouse adn walk to my apartment at the top of the hill because there were no spots remotely close to my apartment

NOISE
You can hear people driving around at night blaring there stereos, making your walls vibrate

GROUNDS
At one time this was supposed to be a pretty complex, but there is nothing to it...the buildings look like they are in need of a paint job, there are major potholes all over the complex, including a huge one at the back entrance. There are no flowers and very few trees.

CONSTRUCTION
Balconies looked warped, my kitchen drawers are falling apart and falling out, the walls look like they are coming apart from the baseboards, my bedroom door doesn t close completely and there are air drafts all along the door,, it looks too small for the frame, and the front door has air drafts all around it.

MAITENANCE
Problems with leaking ceiling, A/C, ants very slow to respond for any issue that would take any kind of work. Plus, they never put a notice on your door like they are supposed to, letting you know that they entered your apartment when they do happen to respond to a call. The equipment in the gym is always broken. Out of 6 cardio machines, only 2 seem to work. The washer/dryers have problems at times. The dryer never seems to take my money, and I often have to line dry all my clothes. No one likes air dried towels!

SAFETY
There are some automatic timers on the buildings, but not too many street lamps. As a white female in this complex, I am a minority, and am often stared at by residents, I have been cat called, cars have slowed down and stared, and this is when I am coming out in sweatpants to dump trash even, or coming home on my lunch hour.

STAFF
I feel that they are only there to put stuff in the computer for maintenance, who don t do jack.
