I know this is long but please read this I am being 100% honest with you, I would not wish my worst enemy to live in this Dump. No one deserves this at all.

I must say that this is the most awful place I have ever lived in. The management does not care about any maintenance requests. I love it every time I go in to request a repair I am told that they have over 530 units they have to service, and they will get to mine when they can.Hey I am one of the 530.

The apartments are located right by Indian Creek and it attracts lots of bugs into the apartment more than is normal. It does not matter how much you spray or how many traps you put out it just gets worse. I have received 3 letters on my door stating they are going to spray my apartment for bugs, and I have not left on the days stated and no one has ever showed up.

The parking lots here are awful and full of potholes some are a good foot deep say goodbye to your car if you hit one of these. And their excuse for this we have to get multiple quotes before we can start. I can tell you from working construction when a client asks for a quote company's respond with in one week with their quote. It has been like this since January, and I have been told they are still trying to get quotes. They refuse to tell me if the have gotten a quote.

The condition of the apartments are awful. There are holes every where you look around the outlets, light switches, light fixtures, the doors and many other places. I believe that when they said they did upgrades to the apartments it was mainly done on their show room. When you go in they have it fully decked out. The bathrooms and laundry room have real, yes real wood floors. And in your apartment you have laminate fake wood floors. They had the apartment decked out with lavish towel holders and many other things and when you get into your apartment you have plain silver holders that have paint all over them.

Honestly you need to stay away from this property, I do not even want to go into the management any more than I have it is awful and I am being nice at that.

Oh yes one more thing Cable and internet are only through the apartment unless you have Dish Network/Direct TV, or dial up internet. The TV channels they have are all fuzzy, you get a better picture from Time Warner Cable but they do not cater to this complex because of the management. Also the internet only works 75% of the time, and it takes them 3-4 days to get it up and running when it stops. This is the biggest joke, but even bigger is their help desk they had me on the phone for 2 hours and finally told me that your internet is down, but we just wanted to see if we could get yours up and running by having you reset the modem different ways. They then told me that they were aware and that a workman would be out to fix it later in the week. I found out later that the help desk has nothing to do with our internet, and that it is just a bunch of High school kids who answer the phone and trouble shoot the modems not the internet connection. I will tell you one thing is for sure the problem lies with their Internet not the modems. I have never called back since then.

Please save yourself from a year lease you will wish you had never signed. There are cheaper apartments in and near Overland Park. Make sure to shop around and do your research. I am sorry I did not do it in the first place.
