From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I would NOT recommend this place if you expect any sort of curteousy, timliness or service. Management has changed 3 times in the last year and it seems to get worse every time. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer and it took them nearly 3 weeks to get it fixed. We called continously and always got another excuse and the run around. Sweating it out in 90 weather was not fun. There is a leak in my bedroom that I called about weeks ago and it has still yet to be fixed. Every month we are charged for pest control and in over a year they have only sprayed for pests once. After over a year the water bill suddenly doubled. I got a longwinded response that was basically just a big, long blow off. The people that work in the office don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Every one of them has a different story or excuse when something goes wrong and they are very often rude. The management doesn't respond when you present them with any kind of problem. My lease is up in July and I can't wait to get the hell out of here!
