My Finace and I have lived her for almost a year. We were so excited when we moved in because the leasing agent we were worked with was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we came into the office she was always helpful and remembered our names. Then one day she was gone and things have been terrible ever since. We aren't needy people, we don't complain very often, but we have had a problem in our bathroom for about 6 months now and I don't know how many times we have called the office to have a maintenance engineer come and look at it for us. We haven't even gotten a response. There is a problem with safety in this area, and we see police cars all the time. The washers and dryers don't get serviced regularly it takes at least two cycles to dry our clothes. I would not reccomend these apartments even though the models are very beautiful and there is a lot of space. We enjoy our apartment, but the safety and inconvenience of the problems we have had make us want to get out as soon as possible.

To the residents above: Please call me at the office or come in to discuss your issues listed above. I will solve your issue with the bathroom, and discuss with you any safety issues you may think we have. I was told recently by the officer with the Overland Park Crime Free Division that the Lodge actually has one of the lowest crime incidences in the City. I will look forward to talking with you.
