I have tried to go in to see her for the past 2 weeks and I got some excuse after another. Once it was my turn to complain about my a/c unit that runs constantly she said she would look it over and SEE if she could do anything. She called the electric company to see if what the average electric bill for my unit. Oh really' So I called and asked about all my neighbors average electric bill and mine is 50 each month over. Why is that' Because the maintenance man said my unit is TOO SMALL FOR MY APARTMENT. Why should I have to pay 50 a month higher for electric because they gave me and every other person who lived here a unit not sufficient enough' I want my 150.00 dollars back.

I agree that you need to be more succinct in your complaint. Since you are living here can you comment on noise level or the updates or remodeling of the units? Are the units cooled with window units or is it central air? Other posts have also been very negative - I'm just trying to discern comments left by tennants. Thanks!

I live in one of the larger apartments. My airconditioner works just fine. Your message doesn't make sense. How can your bill be "50 each month over" "if they gave you and every other person who lived here a unit not sufficient enough?" They would all be $50 higher than expected. If this was financially inconvenient for you, whay did you wait to report it for what I can only assume was three months (50 a month times 3 months equalling the 150 you think you are owed).
