when i first moved in i loved this apt complex. you got alot of apt for the dollar. but as price started building and buying more and more properties, you could see the cliental going down.
when my husband and i finally moved out, there where 10 people in a two bedroom apt. my neighbors and i wondered if they even had green cards. the response from management was they did not see it. that's if you got the same person twice. turnover at the complex was high.
because of what was moving in we moved out.
