I just love this place! They keep the grounds really nice. I so very rarely hear my neighbors, if I didn't see them once in a while I'd think no one lived next door. I had a drain clog in the basement one sunday evening. The guy came within the hour to fix it and they also came back the next day to do an impressive clean up job. I'm in a 2 floor townhome and absolutely love how much space I have. Recently got a letter that the rent is going up 20.00, but I am not going anywhere, it's worth it.
