i've lived here for almost a year and did choose to renewed my lease. have a 2 bd 1 bath apartment that has quit a bit of room especially for the price. apartments were built in the late 60's and do show it, but are still kept in pretty good shape. maintenaince has been pretty good about fixing things quickly after the problem occurs. the office staff is nice for the most part although has been rude at times. there are issues with available parking, especially on weekends; this place wasn't meant for multiple cars to be owned by the same apartment. there were a few times early summer that cars were broken into after which a cop would patrol every once in a while and then dissapear again. overall it's a nice complex and nice area to live and well priced for johnson county.
